Added a new screen for internal users to search for health certificate by tracking number.
Updated messages to Notices on the Welcome page. Notice titles are presented in an accordion, allowing users to click on each title to view the full text.
Enhanced the creation of user notices by enabling the administrator to control notice order as well as indicate if a notice is new, important, and/or requires an acknowledgement.

Added default Age for Swine.
Enable the certificate fees to be entered as dollars and cents. Apply the same to manual payment deposits.

VEHCS Release 1.0.1 consisted of the following:

Allow future dates for Hatch Date (Day Old Chicks).
Enable the AV to select one or more tests for each disease tested for poultry.

VEHCS Release 1.0 consisted of the following:

Ability for Accredited Veterinarians to create and submit certificates for:
- Swine to Canada
- Day Old Chicks to Guatemala
- Hatching Eggs to Guatemala
Accrediated Veterinarians can also save key certificate data into templates for reuse in new certificates.
Ability for Veterinary Services to process and collect fees for certificates submited in VEHCS.
Ability to view submitted and processed certificates.
Ability to collect money and charge for certificates.
Addition of the APHIS 94 Report for use by Veterinary Services.
